Our Services

We offer a range of mental health services designed to support each client’s unique needs, promote wellness, and improve overall quality of life.

  • A comprehensive first evaluation where a clinician gathers information about your mental health history, current concerns, and personal goals. This session helps guide diagnosis (if needed) and creates a personalized plan for treatment and support.

  • A personalized treatment plan developed by your clinician that outlines your goals, recommended services, and strategies to support your mental health. It serves as a roadmap for care, guiding therapy, progress, and ongoing support based on your individual needs.

  • One-on-one sessions with a clinician focused on your unique concerns, goals, and experiences. This confidential space supports emotional processing, coping skill development, and progress toward improved mental health and well-being.

  • A one-on-one, skill-building service focused on improving daily functioning, independence, and coping abilities. Clients work with a provider to develop strategies for managing symptoms, strengthening life skills, and supporting long-term mental wellness.

  • A supportive, therapist-led setting where individuals share experiences, build coping skills, and learn from one another facing similar challenges. It helps reduce isolation while promoting personal growth and emotional support.

  • A facilitator lead program focused on building life skills, coping strategies, and emotional regulation in a group setting. Clients work together to improve daily functioning, social skills, and overall mental wellness.

  • Immediate, short-term support for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Services focus on stabilizing the situation, ensuring safety, and connecting clients to appropriate ongoing care and resources.

  • A coordination service that helps connect clients with the resources and supports they need. A clinician or case manager assists with care planning, referrals, and navigating services such as housing, healthcare, and community programs to support overall stability and well-being.

  • Support services provided to family members, caregivers, or other supports involved in a client’s care. These sessions focus on education, communication strategies, and coordination to strengthen the client’s treatment and overall well-being.

  • Support services that help clients understand their rights, express their needs, and access appropriate care. Advocates work alongside clients to navigate systems, coordinate services, and ensure their voice is heard in treatment and decision-making.

  • Services provided outside the clinic to connect individuals with mental health support in their everyday environments. This includes engagement, education, and assistance with accessing care, helping reduce barriers and promote ongoing wellness.
